Der weiße Balsamico heißt zu Recht Condimento Bianco,
ist der Begriff Balsamico bei einem weißen Essig irreführend!

Dieser schon fast gelblich bis dunkle Weissweinessig hat einen
sehr angenehmen, lieblichen Geschmack. Sollte man einfach
mal probieren und man wird erstaunt sein, wie sanft und
geschmeidig ein "einfacher" Essig sein kann.

Toller Begleiter zu allen möglichen Salatvariationen!
